I am ashamed to say that I do not drink my full 8 glasses. I always have the best intentions to drink it but it never happens. I checked out some of the tips and there are a few that I might try. Having water with me constantly will help, and I may even buy lemons for at home just to spice things up a bit. I think I also try drinking more at night, I can't drink too much water in the morning because it has always made me feel sick (don't ask why, because I don't know). Thanks for sharing these tips, hopefully I will get closer to drinking my 8 glasses.
ReplyDeleteI was adding up in my head how much water I typically drink in one day, and I think I make the 8 cup mark. I am constantly drinking water, I just get so thirsty throughout the day. If I ever for get my water bottle at home I'm pretty cranky at school because I need my water.
ReplyDeleteI don't get enough water daily because I forget to bring my water bottle at times and I don't want to buy water bottles at school because its expensive (for me as a college student that is). I think some ideas on that website is pretty funny and true but is true like "Think of how pretty you'll look" or "cheap cheap".
ReplyDeleteYay for water! I say people should just cut down on the pop and sugary beverages and replace them all with water.
ReplyDeleteI typically bring my water bottle everywhere I go. I can't go an hour without sipping on it. And even then I still am borderline dehydrated! I actually feel so much better when I have a healthy amount of water, as opposed to when I have been lacking. It really does make a difference.
ReplyDeleteI have not been keeping up with this. I tell all my fitness classes and dance students you're suppose to drink half your body weight in fluid ounces! Its hard to do that's for sure!
